There are many herbs, which have medicinal properties. Identify and

name the plants using the given clues :

1. It is a stemless plant with thick pointed leaves. It is used for
treating diabetes, burn injuries and high blood pressure.

2. This evergreen small shrub grows to a height of about 3 to 4 feet.
The roots in minute dosages are good for liver.

3. This tree, dedicated to God Kama, the Hindu God of Love, is
worshipped in Chaitra Month of Indian Calendar. The bark is a

strong astringent and used in uterine infections.

4. This is a small-armed tree with black fissured bark. The bark is
useful as toothpaste ingredient. Bark, gum and seeds are used an
Ayurvedic herbal medicine.

5. In Ayurveda, leaves, seeds, fruits and roots of this plant are used
for treatment of indigestion, diabetes and various skin diseases.

6. Commonly called Kali Tulsi, this is the most sacred plant to the
Hindus. The juice of its leaves is particularly used in treatment of

bronchitis and gastric disorders.
