Many things are connected to the word-paper. Some of them are

water.

9 . A country or a person that seems or claims to be powerful
or dangerous but is not really.
10. The money you use except coins.

11. A piece of bent wire or plastic that is designed to hold
loose sheets of paper together.

12. A small heavy object put on top of loose paper to keep
them in place.
